No sound On Toshiba M100

Hello Every body

I am having a sound problem in my toshiba laptop M100. My sound was working on the previous version of Freespire but the latest version that is 2.0 the sound is not working. Also when I install the freespire is give me a log message before logging that PCI bios bug found.

Also in the previous version I have bios of XP but I have upgraded my bios to work with vista because on the toshiba site they have provided two version of bios one for widows XP and Vista. so I have upgraded my bios to vista because my laptop came with preinstalled visa.

Can any body help me with this

Post output of this command here:

Code:
sudo lspci
Or alternatively if you know which model you have, try:

Code:
sudo modprobe snd-<your model>
If it is a Windows sound system (cs-42xx) then it should work there only.
