internet via lan

hi
i am very new at linux . Currently using Linspire 5.1.
I have internet connection and i want two of my friends to
access internet . The problem is that i am using linux and they are using window xp .is there any proxy software as in window like cc proxy, wingate proxy etc. if not then what please tell any other solution of my problem i have got two lan cards via one internet and via other lan.
its an humble request plz help.

You are not really clear what the current set-up is.
Are you using a router?
Wireless?
Can you connect to the internet now ? with Linspire? with WinXP?
Is this a LAN at your workplace?
What kind of connection is it?
