Help with OpenOffice

Hello,

I cannot get OOO to work anymore. I cannot find the menu bar above the took bar. When I open a document there is nothing to see. I tried to uninstall then install new but the same issues are present even after a re-install. I am thinking that there are some config files somewhere that I haven't found. Looking in the home directory I have renamed .rhopenoffice to another name. In /usr/lib/ I have renamed openoffice.org also but still seeing no change on new install. Can anyone give me an idea where to look to fix this?

MY system is Centos 4.5

Thnx.

I guess rhopenoffice is the Red Hat/Centos equivalent but you don't perchance have a directory called ~/.openoffice.org2 ?
