VNC question
I have VNC installed on F9 live usb and I want to make sure that vnc server is not running, where can I go to make sure of it?

I think you'll see it as a service if you do:

system-config-services
You can see if it's running there. If so, terminate it. Or, if you know that it was started by a particular user, open a terminal and just kill that process:

vncserver -kill :1
...the last number being whichever instance was started.
