GSM Audio Codec (Wine)

hi,
i recently installed ventrillo (a voice comms program) using wine, the problem i have now is that i dont have the audio codec, to install the codec on windows 98 you have to go into add\remove prgrams then click on windows setup tab and the into multimedia then audio compression. the codec is stored on the windows cd (which i have). How can i install it by copying the files straiht of the cab files or is there somewhere i can download the codec.I think i only have to install the codec to the fake windows installation.

thankz
