im running slack 10.1 and i keep getting errors when trying to run certian programs
Can't locate Locale/TextDomain.pm in @INC (@INC contains: lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/bin/dvdrip line 21.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/dvdrip line 21.
this is not just with dvdrip
ive tried running cpan Tk but it alway craps out.
i get this error when trying to run cpan Tk

make test had returned bad status, won't install without force
is there an idiots guide or cheat config i can use to get this working
