pencap Just Joined! Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 2	ipod video software im new to linux and would like to find out if there is a program that can load videos onto my ipod video. also is there any programs that can encode avi to ipod format in linux? any help would be appreciated

Marsolin Linux Newbie Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 226	Handbrake can convert DVD's to play on an iPod. I'm not sure if it can convert AVI files. podencoder is another option that can use eithe DVD's or individual files as a source. I just heard about that one for the first time yesterday. I haven't tried it, but it looks promising.
