Delete key stopped functioning

Hey guys,

I'm using Gnome as my DM.

Anyway, I was messing around with key configurations and the Delete key stopped functioning the way I expect it to. It does absolutely nothing,

xev returns ...

Code:
KeymapNotify event, serial 30, synthetic NO, window 0x0,
	keys:  2   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0   0

Any ideas?

It needs to be sending the ASCII character 127 (DEL). I would test to see if it's doing that, and if not, then perhaps change your settings back the way they were
