Hey folks, I was having the hardest time trying to configure fonts for Google earth, they were so small I could hardly read them. This also applies to a few other QT applications. I'm a KDE 4 user so I tried using systemsettings to adjust my fonts and this did not work. I found I could adjust every other font except Google earth. Then I ran across a thread that talks about qtconfig, which is provided by qt-qt3support-4.5.2. So I launched qtconfig as root and made the appropriate font changes, saved, exit, relaunch Google earth and it still didn't work. So I launched qtconfig as normal user, made my changes then save and exit. Relaunch Google earth and BOOM, my fonts are readable now. So for any one having font trouble as I was then give this a try.
