Missing Taskbar

Got too tired and fell asleep at the keyboard. Anyone else do that? <);^)
It resulted in some unusual conditions. My task bar which has 8 workspace pager, special firefox, etc. has disappeared. Oh yes, my window manager is fsce (or whatever similar initials are). My firefox is specially built and I cannot now find that. When I right click my desktop and use "settings" to access "Panel Manager" there is no reaction.
Has anyone some suggestions as how I can get back my taskbar and panel manager and firefox?
My system is Slackware 12.0.

It's been a while since I last ran Xfce4, but try pressing ALT-F2, then enter this:

Code:
xfce4-panel
...save your session when you log out.

Hope it works.
