Question make my ubunu look like Mac OsX

i want to make a little eyecandy for my ubuntu desktop & themes
i want it to look like the one in the pic
how do i do it?
plz help me out

Most of it is just using the right themes and icons. I think you can find everything you're looking for on gnome-look.org. Just search for osx.
SearchContent GNOME-Look.org

There are two main docks. Cairo-dock and Avant Window Navigator.

Avant Window Navigator is the best. Also, for the Apple icon in the app bar, install Ubuntu Tweak off Getdeb, then go Desktop > GNOME and then change the menu icon.
