| okay, you had me confused for a second ULIMIT, not unlimmit is to set the maximum memory for a user account. I assume you have root access to this server? If so, try `grep ulimit /etc/* -r` to see if it is in any of your startup files, if so, then find that file and change it. If not, come back, tell me what version of Suse you are using, and that will help. Also, tell me if you could find that string anywhere else in your / directory (not including /proc)
