Linux Forums - New Management
Hiya,
I am pleased to announce that from today LinuxForums.org has a new site owner / Administrator, someone who I feel will take really good care of the site and also push it to its full future potential.
I would like to introduce to all to the new site admin - Mark from CoreRoot.com. His username on the forums is Core Wizard.
My time has always been stretched due to non-internet life/work things going on, so I faced a choice of leaving this site to slowly loose momentum, or to pass it on to someone who could take it forwards. I choose the later as I believe it is in the best interests of the site, so I hope you will all support my decision and the new site admin. I will be stepping down from the position of admin, but I will remain with the site helping out as a moderator. Any questions feel free to post.
Thanks to everyone for their continued support of LinuxForums.org

good luck to you, Jason.
Although I am shocked that you admit to having a non-internet life!
look forwards to this site under Mark's care.

He's not doing too good a job -- all of the images are 404'ing!
:P
Good luck with your real life, and welcome to the new admin!
Cheers Jason...and Mark,

Hello,
I am Mark. I am hoping to take this website to the next level with you guys. You might have a lot of questions on your minds, all will be answerred soon enough.
Call your ISP and ask them to flush your DNS, that would work...He's not doing too good a job -- all of the images are 404'ing!
Thanks,
Mark.

It really sucks that you have to go; however, thank you for passing the site on to someone who'll be able to keep it going, I sure as hell hope that he puts at least a tenth into it of what you did. Cheers, and glad to see you'll still be around as a moderator.
