We may start sending monthly newsletters to our forum members in the near future, so in advance of this I have created an option in the edit forum profile page where registered members are able to opt in/out as they see fit. If you choose not to receive a forum newsletter then we wont send it to you, its as simple as that. Of course you will have the opportunity to change your preference at any time you wish.

Future linuxforums.org newsletters are expected to contain:

• Details of new competitions
• Links to new distribution and book reviews
• Linuxforums site and community news where applicable

And lots more exciting stuff. We hope to keep newsletters free of paid advertising, and as always, we NEVER give out your email address to 3rd parties.
