Linux Device Drivers, 2nd Edition. By Alessandro Rubini & Jonathan Corbet

Go through

Please go through the LDD3 O'reilly book and LKMPG ( Linux kernel Module programmig guide ) for understanding of basics i device drivers and other topics which will be extensively used in Driver programming.

Good luck... Even i have started learning 2 months back...
