Boot problem with Lite5200B board

Hi,
I am a newbie to linux. I was trying to get a Lite5200B board runing with Linux. I downloaded "Ltib" and was trying to build the kernel and u-boot, but the kernel kept hanging. I also changed the baud-rate for the console to 115200, but still was not able to move forward.
I looked up with some forums and tried the things mentioned there, but was still not able to move forward. Please help.

Thanks for the help.
