Windows does not know anything about Linux and even less about Linux permissions. If your system can be fixed at all, you will need to do it using a Linux system, using a live CD. How did you try to access Linux through Windows?

What did you do to linux with windows?? And how did you do it??

As said before, windows doesn't know anything about linux, so it's normally a good idea to keep linux a secret from it
