[SOLVED] Lightweight Distro for EEEPC 2g Surf

PLEASE KILL THIS POST!!! The silly recovery disc actually worked this time! Thank you!

Hello again!
I bought a used ASUS Eee PC 701 2G Surf. It came with the Xandros distro, and soon decided that I didn't like it much. Here is the problem. I removed Linux in favor of XP>>>>STUPID!!!! Way too heavy for a full install. Anyway, my Linux recovery disc is flawed and I have a 2G SSD and 512MB ram. I put eeebuntu on (standard I think), but it used every bit of my systems capacity. I truly like the look of the eeeBuntu NBR, but I know it is heavier yet. Can anyone think of a lighter distro I can use, or a good place to download the OE distro?

Thanks in Advance...
Aaron
