Which Linux distro are you using? Have you installed 915resolution package?

It was working before updating, after updating this problem occurred after I normal upgrading that I used to do every two days (yum update)

Reboot machine.

Have you tried "vesa" Driver? Modes are not specified in your xorg.conf file. Set supported Resolutions ( modes ) too.
Lets continue in your thread. Post back there only. Its not good to Hijack Thread.
