scrarfussi Linux Engineer Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 883	fedora as a router hi guys i have three computers in my house and i have one usb modem i have a pc with fedora 8 the other has pclinuxos 2007 and a windows xp pc now i wanna use the usb modem on the pc with fedora and share the connection with the other two pcs via two nics i also wanna use fedora as a firewall i've tried following this guide http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/lin...r-answers.html but every time i start up fire starter i get an error failed to start firewall the device eth0 is not ready please check your network device settings and make sure your internet connection is active my internet connection is active only problem is its not being passed on to the other pcs any help would be appreciated thanx
