ndiswrapper wlan problem

So, I just intsalled ndiswrapper and my wireless card. It said everything was configured right but when I go to connect(with it set to automatically detect IP stuff via DHCP) it will not connect. When I manually set the Static IP, it connects to the internet but I still cannot load anysites or do anything else via the internet.

So, where do I go from here?

When you set it manually, make sure to set your route and your nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf. See if you can ping around the network and outside it via IP.

Can you post the output of a 'route -n'?

Umm, now it gives me an error saying that ndiswrapper doesn't exist, but when I do modprobe ndiswrapper, it exists.

Im gonna uninstall ndiswrapper and airplus adapters and reinstall. I have a d-link DWL 520+ wireless card. What drivers should I use because i have read that the 520+ drivers wont work with linux, but another version will work with my card and drivers.

ANy help is appreciated.
