Linux OS question

Hello I would like to ask if someone could tell me a linux distribution which can
fit in 512MB flash memory and supports RDP ?

Try Puppy Linux. Home Page | Puppy Linux
The official version is about 90mb and it can get as big as 270mb, depending on the version and the preinstalled software. For RDP, i don't know.

I don't think you need to look at an ultra light-weight distro like Puppy on this machine. I would suggest something like Xubuntu, or maybe Zenwalk.
