Have installed ies4linux so that i can access Internet Explorer only websites. But ies4linux will only work after i reboot the computer and if i should close the program and then try to re-open it, nothing doing. Also, if i try to surf using ies4linux i just get: Cannot Find Server? Help someone please

About the "Cannot find server" I can't help, unless it's a dns issue in which case the linux browsers should also fail.

About the other issue... wine has the very bad habit to remain hanging around after you close some programs, this prevents further instances from running some times. So, if that happens, you need to look in htop or top for things like wine, wineserver, explorer.exe and the like, and if you find any of them, kill them.

After that, you should be able to run wine again.

In any case, IE doesn't perform too well in wine. Maybe it's time to try virtualization under virtualbox or vmware.

Both Firefox and Konqueror can access the web no problem. Think i will have to invest in a Windows XP installation disk and start using VirtualBox. Thanks for the reply
