I don't think so. What do you exactly want to configure? Konqueror is a complex program and it's very configurable, but you shouldn't need any extra setup for it to work for regular web browsing.

Konqueror is a default Web Browser of KDE and you wont have to do anything special for web browsing through it.
Could you explain your problem a bit more?

Here's the Konqueror Handbook but you shouldn't need it just to surf the web if you have a working internet connection:

Hello folks!
I have been trying to find my way around a Linux distro such as PCLinuxOS, which i really do like using in preference to a few other well known distro's.

Anyway, this is my first real attempt to get to know Konqueror and i know this may seem stupid but how for instance can i get konqueror to open with a webpage i choose and not the Welcome to PCLinuxOS. How do i get konqueror to automatically open in full screen mode?

I am trying to work my way through the Konqueror hand book and perhaps one day i'll learn how to configure Konqueror exactly how i want it to appear and behave lol

Thanks for the replies

Open konqueror, resize the window as desired, then open as many tasbs as you like and open an url on each one. When it's as desired, go to the tools menu, and pick "save view profile ....", a dialog will appear, mark the squares to save window size and urls on that profile. Now, each time you open konqueror using that profile (not for file browsing), the settings will be restored.

If you mean maximized, look above. If you mean real full screen, there might be a way by manually tweaking the init file for konqueror. I will look later that that if I can. But maybe there's no way.

Cheers.
