Ready to Run Web Server Distro???

Does anyone know of a Distro or ISO out there that has everything you need for a LAMP server? I do not have internet at home and will not have internet for the server for a long time. I am learning PHP and need a distro to run on my server that is ready to go out of the box. I don't mind downloading a few packages at the library and installing them at home but it is kind of a hasle. Debian based would be best.

I am going to try Ubuntu Server Edition but I have had problems installing it, even with the alternative CD (I think Ubuntu has an alternative). But it has been a long time since I've used Ubuntu.

Thanks
