Fedora wireless configuration

Brand new to linux and trying to learn all tricks linux has to offer. I have an ABS Mayhem G2 which is a pretty obscure laptop but runs like a dream. I installed Fedora applied an upgraded Kernel and right off the bat it picked up almost all my hardware. I can see that Fedora can see one of my two wireless cards which is a mini pci intel 2200 b/g pro but I cant configure the thing to connect to my wireless network. My other wireless card is a netgear wpn511 card which Fedora doesn't want to seem to use at all despite all the feedback its a good wireless card for linux. I googeled arond a bit with no luck. I went to the terminal and ran /sbin/lspci and pasted the output below. If someone could help a lost windows user configure his wireless it would be greatly appreciated.

[Juston@PigeonBomb ~]$ /sbin/lspci

03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5212 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)

Thanks in advance.

EDIT:

I finally got the card to appear in the network configuration tool and was able to enter the router ssid and wep but everytime I try to start the device it says the device doesnt exist. Then when I go to the hardware configuration part of the network tool and try to alter anything in there it generates this error message.

Command failed: /sbin/modprobe 3c501

Output:
FATAL: Error inserting 3c501 (/lib/modules/2.6.12-1.1398_FC4/kernel/drivers/net/3c501.ko): No such device

I got nothing on this, I don't even know what I did to get the device to appear in the network config tool. Again any help would be great. Thanks.
