Dual Monitor Radeon 9200

Hello. New to linux here and trying to set up my daul monitors. I've got an ATI Radeon
9200 with a VGA and a DVI out. My DVI monitor (left monitor) works just fine but my VGA monitor (right monitor) is black from loss of signal. The Desktop is extended onto it successfully I just cant see anything cause its blank. I've read around these forums and tried configuring my xorg file according to some solutions given but none have worked for me. Here's my xorg. Any ideas? Thanks!
