Lock Down more than Browser

I've been playing with the KDE Kiosk Admin Tool and Opera in kiosk mode, but wanted to ask if it were possible to load a session that just launches Opera in kiosk full-screen mode, but doesn't launch any window managers, panels, etc. If so... how?

Using KDE I was able to lock down right clicks and things, but wasn't able to eliminate the borders on Opera and the titlebar. I want those gone too.

Any advice gratefully appreciated.

Update: Just to say that what I am trying to achieve is a kiosk that is going to just have a single flash-based sequence playing with a simple form underneath for people to throw their email addresses into if they wish and that's all. I suppose, therefore, I wouldn't even need a mouse.

I don't see why you bother using KDE at all.
Wouldn't a constrained WM like Matchbox be more adequate?
