Nessus installation on Ubuntu
I am using Ubuntu. If you have a link or documentation to run the Nessus scanner that would be awesome !

I am also trying to use Nessus ( 2.2.8 ) on Ubuntu (7.04). I used the Debian guide supplied by Tenable to install Nessus and create a user. After logging on I had to accept a certificate.

However, when I run a scan against a machine on my LAN it comes back empty. I guess I missed something basic.

Can anyone help?
