mandriva linux

I have tryed different versions of the mandriva linux on my "dell vostro 200", but none of them worked.
please help me to solve this problem.

Can you post a little more info on your problem. What kind of hardware do you have? Are you getting any kind of error, please post the exact error messages, if any. Do you see just a blank screen with some text or a flashing cursor? Does the CD/DVD even boot correctly?

Welcome to the forums!

Maybe you've burned the ISO images incorrectly to the disks.

Like MikeTbob says, give us some details to help diagnose the problem(s).
