Hi and Welcome !

Open Terminal/Konsole and navigate to folder where you have save .bin file.
Lets say, Its Desktop. Execute this
Code:
cd Desktop
chmod +x bin_filename ./bin_filename

I think its worth adding that you should install realplayer as root. This is because, to enable emedded video, realplayer needs to be installed in the root file system rather than your home directory.

Extract the file (right click, extrat to Firefox...). Open the extracted file and find firefox.bin. Verify it's executable (right click, properties and tick box "is executable if necessary) then double click. This will install Firefox in your local directory. Note: you may find it in the repositories. Try urpmi -i firefox3
