Question Theme Folders Hidden where? Xfce

I am using Mandy 2009.1 installed from FREE so I could get Xfce. (Pity it's not included as an option beside KDE4 and Gnome.)

Everything at the moment is great! I'm running a TX1000 HP which is usually troublesome. It's quitest with Mandriva.

So i have a bunch of folders with Xfce themes, but when I looked in /user/share/xfce, I can't find a themes folder? I thought thsi is where it is supposed to be? There are themes I downloaded from mandriva, so where are those 'themes' kept so i can add my other Xfce themes? Anyone have a clue?

i don't know where else to look...

Thanks for any help and advice.

Have you looked in /usr/share/themes and /usr/share/themes/xfwm4?

Yup, should be /usr/share/themes/

You can also put them in your home directory if you don't want them shared system wide.

howto:install_new_themes [Xfce wiki]

Thank you to you both. /usr/share/themes it is!

I do want them shared, but how or where would I put them in my home folder if I didn't want them shared? Nice to learn.
