khvatov Just Joined! Join Date: May 2005 Posts: 3	How do I change a videocard settings? I just installed Mandrake 10.0 Official. During the install I accidentally selected the wrong videocard. Now my screen looks distorted. How do I change it? I tried Haddrake, but I couldn't. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

can you actually see what you are doing in the gui? or is it too messed up to function in X?

if you need a text based way to change your video card settings... log in in text mode then type in

<root password>
#mcc

from mcc (mandrake control center) you can change your video card settings.
