Won't shut down
Whenever i try to close down my computer: Log Out => Turn Off Computer nothing else happens. It just stays that way as if it is stuck. Could someone tell me how can i resolve this please. I am running Mandriva Spring. Thanks

Log out, Press Alt+Ctrl+F1 and Log in command line mode.
Execute this
Does it throw any error message?Code:shutdown -h now

Hey,
Run the following command through terminal / console mode:-
#poweroff
Post the output if error occurs.
