    Question Netgear WG511 problem ?

    Hi, I have just installed Mandriva SPring 2007 and I am having a problem getting my Netgear WG511 card working (version one which uses the prism54 drivers). I have managed to load the firmware correctly and the card lights up but when I go through the config wizard in harddrake it fails establish a connection with my netgear router. I have even tried taking all encryption off my router but it still fails. Can anyone help me with this?

    I've had so many headaches with my wg511 card, but it sounds like you've got a lot further than me.

    You say it fails to establish a connection with your router, but can it see your network? I.e. can it see the ESSID?
