    Unable to Scan

    Mandriva 2007.1

    Whenever I try to scan a document (Epson Perfection 3590) I get the following from Xsane

    "Failed to open device snapscan libusb: 003:003 invalid argumeny".

    Snapscan libusb:003:003 shows up in OpenOffice but, as you would expect, fails to scan a document

    Could someone please give me some ideas on how to rectify this problem.
