Compiling Wine Using gcc-3.3
ok, I failed installing Adobe Photoshop CS2 on my wine. Somebody on another forum told me that its maybe because of the installer died silently when Wine was compiled with a gcc version that doesn't work well with the SafeDisc. He also told me to try downloading the Wine source again and compile it using gcc-3.3.
The problem is, I don't know how to. Anybody can teach me compiling Wine using gcc-3.3??
Thanks,
SugarBlush

Have you tried to compile from source? Extract the tarball and change to that directory cd /wine and then run the make command and then make install.

Some programs don't work in wine no matter what you do some require certain libraries that are not in wine did you set up your wine using winecfg hav you tried using gimp

There are RPMs for wine. I think the latest version is 0.9.50. Build from sources only if there are no other possibilities. I can also confirm: try Gimp instead of Photoshop, and ask for help if you don't know something about it.
If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:
