Are you creating a new DVD?
It should have its correct structure, which is usually invisible, when you open a DVD disk, there are only 2 folders: AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS.
1. If you're trying to master a new DVD use ManDVD or similar first, and then burn the ISO image with k3b.
2. If you want to copy an existing DVD, use the " DVD Copy" feature of k3b.
3. If you want to put a single .avi movie file onto a DVD use "Create data DVD" feature.
The error messages are telling that the particular DVD disk is either damaged, or yet not correctly created (let say, you've created two folders, put the .avi into VIDEO_TS, and ta-taa , expecting from it to work)
The problem is not up to the creating application. If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:
