    drak3d cant install compiz

    I can not seem to install compiz on 2008 mandriva i get this message ,
    No package named compiz-fusion
    No package named compiz-decorator-gtk
    No package named compiz-decorator-kde
    I thought it was to fetch these pkgs?

    Make sure that your urpmi sources are setup and up to date.
    The software installer is looking for files and not finding them. You need to tell your system where they are at.
    Easy Urpmi
    KMenu>Tools>System Tools>Configure Your Computer> "root password">Configure media sources for install and update.

    Read a little, learn a little. Read a lot and learn a lot.
    Learn how to search in forums for people that are having the same problems as you. A little time spent searching can yield you faster answers than waiting for some schmuck to answer your posted question that has already been asked....and answered a couple hundred times.

    Linux is like that. The user experience is determined by the experience of the user.
    The more I learn about Linux, the more I love it. Conversely, the more I hate Windows.
