i dont know if they're included, but a search on google revealed a page of rpms for it - http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat....i586.rpm.html

Download editions of Linux generally don't come with proprietary drivers for Graphics Cards. You have to buy the Distro.
I found this problem with downloaded version of Mandrake 10.
Luckily I had bought a previous version of Mandrake which had the graphics drivers I needed.

ATI just released a new linux propiatary driver. Go look at www.ati.com for it.
