I am having trouble with Reply's.

I have tried customizing the templates got it to work somewhat. I am trying to configure it as follows.

I want the Original message at the VERY bottom of the replay message %QUOTE.
I can put it TOWARDS the buttom but for some reason my sinature goes below it and I can't figure out how to move it just below the %BLANK.

Does anyone know how to do this?
