Welcome to the forums!
I'm pretty sure that 2007 or 2008 will work fine with that CPU. Maybe someone will correct if that's wrong.
For purchasing it, check the Mandriva Store:
Mandriva Linux Store (int) - Linux Distribution, Goodies, CDs, Downloads, Books.
There might also be some CD vendors in your area that sell Mandriva CDs as well.
Good luck with it.oz

I'd choose the later version if it were me.
I'm not sure how many disks either version comes on.
You'd need to read the license to see how many computers you can install it on. If it's a free version for downloading, you can probaby install it on as many computers as you wish. Maybe someone running it can provide the exact answer. Maybe that person can also answer the activation question, but I've never had to activate any version of Linux that I've used.
Yes, a 64-bit machine will run the 32-bit version of Linux.
Your graphics card should be fine, depending on what all you need it to do. My graphics card is also 128mb and I've never had any issues with it not being enough.
You might need more system RAM if that's what you mean is only 128MB. I'd recommend at least 512MB.
Check the link in my signature for lots of information on getting started with Linux. Hope it all works out for you.oz

hey you can download mandriva for free you dont need visa or anything and you dont need licence for it just install
Download | Mandriva
your graphics and ram are more than enough the only thing you really have too worry about is dual booting with vista ihear vista not very friendly when it comes too dual booting but you have nothing to worry about no payment necesarry just good internet connection and you can install on as many pc's as you like

And then copy da whole folders of burn ?
Yes you are right, Vista doesn't boot well
I have Vista 32-bit version and 86-bit version
