Trouble running Pendrive Linux from a usb thumb drive
I recently installed Pendrive Linux 2008 onto a usb thumb drive and followed the instructions given here to create a larger loopfile. I made several changes to the system such as Firefox bookmarks and the wallpaper and later logged off. When I booted the system back up all of the changes and files I had saved were gone. Can someone help me resolve this issue?
Thanks.

It sounds like your booting in non-persistent mode. which means it won't save anything. Try booting in persistent mode. either that, or the larger loopfile didn't get created right. that happened to me once and I had to reinstall PDL.
