Mandrake 10 and ndiswrapper
I have successfully gotten my Mandrake 10 Public installed (after erasing my comp once)
I have also gotten KDE working, thanks to the help from other users on this forum!
What I was wondering is how to get my Dell 1450 (a/b/g) card to work
I have tried that commercial software, which didn't do anything
Then I tried ndiswrapper, which looks very promising
First I untar it (or whatever its called)
Then I go to the directory (as root, in console) and type "make install"
It gives me an Error 2 (i can post all of it if you need it)
I looked in the help file, and it says that the kernel source needs to be in "/lib/modules/2.6.3-7mdk/build"
I looked, and there is no build folder, so I made one, but that doesn't help...
I was wondering how I can get the source code into that file, or if I am completely wrong, how to make this stuff work!
Thanks

When you installed, did you tell it to install the kernel source?

I have no idea, I just told it to do the defaults (expept used my partition)
Is there any way to install this (without reinstalling the OS)
