    lilo problem detecting new Mandrake installation

    Hi,

    I have a system with 2 HDDs, recognized as sda and sdb by Mandriva. Windows XP and Mandriva 2008 are installed in sda, and I've just installed Mandrake 9.1 on sdb separately. During Mandrake installation I skipped LILO configuration since I wanted to make use of Mandriva's LILO and didn't want them to clash. However, now LILO doesn't seem to know that Mandrake has been installed. How do I correct this?

    Its been a long time since I have used Lilo.
    Post the output of fdisk -l command and contents of /etc/lilo.conf file here.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
