    Problem with [permisions - playing DVDs


    Hit there.
    I'm having trouble playing regular DVDs on my Mandriva PC.
    It plays AVI and other files that Im have stored on DVd fine but when I try to play a sho bought DVD it say's that either it's empty or i don't have permiossion to do it.

    You need to install the PLF versions of the programs you are using to play the DVD - like Kaffiene, Mplayer or VLC.

    Add the PLF media in the RPM media manager and do the installs. Work perfect!
