Boot up problem
I have a Mandrake Linux installed, but it does not load( or boot). The blue screen which appears during the boot appears but the bar does not show progress. I have to restart the system, what shall I do , Plz someone help me.

Is your computer made in 2004 or earlier? Mandrake is an old outdated Linux distribution. By using it you will lose tons of new exciting features developed during last 4 years.
And of course, Linux developers back then did not include support for future hardware (what a pigs!), one should not expect it will run on newer hardware.

Just install a different distribution over the top of it
