SIOCDLERT Error Message At Bootup
I am new to Linux and finding it very frustrating as this is the second Linux flavour to fail the basic installation process.
Installed Mandrake 10 without any apparent problems, however I cannot connect to the Internet through my D-Link DSL-300+ modem which works fine in wundoze.
I have uninstalled & re-installed my Ethernet PPPoE connection a couple of times but when I re-boot as requested by Mandrake the SIOCDLERT error message appears and I cannot connect to the Net.
Suggestions please . . . . .
