    Question [SOLVED] xawtv returns error message

    Hello. I am running mandriva free 2008.1 with the proprietary nvidia drivers. when i try to run xawtv, get the the following error:

    Any one have any ide what is going on? it says device or resoure busy, but there is certainly nothing else using my tuner. Thanks

    tuner is a hauppauge WinTV-HVR 950 using the em28xx module

    Ok, So I solved this problem, I had to extract the firmware for my device
