how can i upgrade my browser mozilla 1.4 to mozilla 1.5 on Mandrake 9.2

You have really two options, which is easier is up to you.
Option 1. Get the sourcecode for the browser in question and compile it yourself.
Option 2. Download a binary from mozilla (I believe they provide binaries, but maybe mandrake 9.2 is too old these days).

Either way, once you have a binary, you test that it works, by running it. If it seems to work out, you copy it to a good location, and update your links to point to that location.
